Samsung has officially announced its next Galaxy Unpacked event for August 13 at 11am ET in New York City.
It is expected that Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+.
The latest round of Note 5 images are high-res ones that give a clear indication of the design and specifications of the phone. Following the Galaxy S6 edge+, the Note 5 will be constructed mostly of metal and glass, and will feature a familiar microUSB and 3.5mm headset jack port setup.
It’s also apparent from the pictures that the Note 5 will have one speaker port and a S Pen slot that is located at the bottom of the device.
Based on previous rumours, it is expected that the Note 5 will pack a 16MP camera with optical image stabilization, a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, Samsung’s Exynos 7422 processor and 4GB of RAM.
Samsung will be streaming the event on its YouTube channel.
