BlackBerry to live stream BlackBerry Security Summit on Thursday

A couple of weeks ago, we told you how BlackBerry will hold the second annual BlackBerry Security Summit event in New York on Thursday, July 23rd where attendees will be able to learn about the latest mobile security threats and their impact on enterprise and government customers.

For those who are unable to attend the event, BlackBerry will be streaming a live webcast, kicking off at 9am ET.

Chief Security Officer David Kleidermacher will be discussing how BlackBerry is taking theirr strengths in cross-platform Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and secure computing to help ‘smart hospitals’ and other enterprises securely manage their Internet-of-Things-enabled medical devices.

Other speakers include CEO and Executive Chairman, John Chen, Chief Operating Officer Marty Beard, Vice President of Product Management Tim Choi, Corporate Strategy Vice President Jeff Holleran, Chief Technology Officer of BackBerry’s secure voice division, Secusmart, Christoph Erdmann, and more.
