Apple is now rolling Public Links for developers, allowing them to more easily get valuable feedback on their apps before releasing them on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Developers can simply enable a public link for their app in App Store Connect that leads to an invitation to test in TestFlight. Share the link to let anyone discover the beta version of your app.

Apple has released iOS 11.4.1 bringing USB Restricted Mode, first introduced in the current iOS 12 beta, and some bug fixes. Apple has released an update to iOS which fixes a major bug in Apple operating systems that would cause them to crash from mere exposure to either of two specific Unicode symbols. iOS version 11.2.6 and macOS version 10.13.3 are both now available for download.

The proprietary source code to Apple's iBoot firmware in iPhones, iPads and other iOS devices has leaked into a public GitHub repo. Apple had noted earlier that the iBoot source code leak was genuine but also mentioned that the source code was created around three years back for iOS 9.
EE today announced it will offer HomePod, Apple's wireless speaker for the home that delivers an incredible music listening experience on Friday 9 February. Customers are able to order HomePod from today with delivery starting on Friday 9 February.
