Skytap has announced the public availability of its service for running IBM Power applications in Microsoft Azure. The service provides complete application environments that are compatible with on-premises data centers, including natively running AIX, IBM i, and Linux on Power workloads.
BlackBerry
BlackBerry has expanded its existing portfolio cybersecurity solutions.  BlackBerry UEM is now available on the AWS Marketplace and customers will now have access to BlackBerry's robust endpoint management and secure communication solutions, including BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Workspaces, BlackBerry AtHoc and BlackBerry Spark Communications Services on the Azure Marketplace.

Microsoft has acquired London-based JClarity in an effort to bolster the performance of Java workloads on Azure. John Montgomery, Microsoft's corporate vice president of programme management for developer tools and services said that the deal would help the company to strengthen its Azure cloud computing platform by enhancing the performance of Java workloads.
