The BlackBerry Z3 is due to launch in Indonesia next month and pictures are starting to appear of the first BlackBerry and Foxconn device.
The BlackBerry Z3 is not only the first device to be released under the new regime but the first handset to roll off the assembly line under the terms of a five-year strategic partnership between BlackBerry and Foxconn. The deal calls for the latter to design, produce and store entry-level BlackBerry models for the emerging markets.
BlackBerry will be responsible for the OS and marketing.
