Every since the rumors on the internet started about BlackBerry producing an Android smartphone, BlackBerry users have been involved in terse, sometimes heated, debates over whether BlackBerry could actually produce an Android smartphone.
In a survey this month of 150 chief information officers in the U.S. and Europe, Morgan Stanley analyst James Faucette found the amount who were willing to evaluate BlackBerry’s server software for centrally managing their employees’ smartphones had declined to about 15 per cent from about 22 per cent last June.
