BlackBerry today announced that 3 Hong Kong, the mobile telecommunications division of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited, is now offering its enterprise customers Enhanced SIM-Based Licensing (ESBL) by BlackBerry.

U.K. Mobile Phone companies agree on mobile phone theft charge cap
More than 300,000 mobile phones are stolen in the UK every year, some resulting in users getting stuck with massive bills for calls that they didn't make. For many, on pay monthly contracts, that will now change as UK Mobile phone companies have agreed to prevent customers from being landed with massive bills if their devices are stolen.

Vodafone UK to carry BlackBerry Leap for Business Customers
Last Wednesday, we reported that EE will carry the BlackBerry Leap for business customers but have no plans to offer the device to consumers. At that point in time, no other carrier would confirm that would be carrying the device, although O2 and Three told us that they had no plans to carry the smartphone.
