Back in April we reported how revealed his own smartwatch during an appearance on Friday’s hilarious chat show  Alan Carr: Chatty Man. While no specs or similar were discussed in the show, what we did see looked pretty impressive and it was reported to be ready for July.

Of course, July has come and gone but the rapper and frontman for The Black Eyed Peas, has announced he will launch his product on Thursday in San Francisco in direct competition with the new Apple Watch.

Apple “actively investigating” if iCloud security responsible for celebrity nude photos leak

UPDATE: Apple has issued the following statement:

We wanted to provide an update to our investigation into the theft of photos of certain celebrities. When we learned of the theft, we were outraged and immediately mobilized Apple’s engineers to discover the source. Our customers’ privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.

After more than 40 hours of investigation, we have discovered that certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions, a practice that has become all too common on the Internet.

BlackBerry wins another legal round against Typo Products

BlackBerry has won another legal round against Typo Products, a company co-founded by television personality Ryan Seacrest, after a U.S. court upheld a preliminary injunction which blocked the latter from selling its iPhone keyboard.

The preliminary injunction was granted in March, following a complaint filed by BlackBerry which stated that Typo’s keyboard likely infringed on its patents.

Typo claimed that it did not violate the ruling due to its introduction of a new keyboard model, although U.S. District Judge William Orrick denied Typo’s motion, ruling that,

“a new keyboard isn’t grounds for lifting the preliminary injunction.”
