Apple releases iOS 9.3.5 update, bringing security update
Apple has released iOS 9.3.5, another important update for its iOS 9 os, addressing serious security holes apparently exploited by an Israeli hacking firm. Apple has characterized the latest build as an "important security update".
Apple has released the sixth iOS 10 public beta. Members of Apple's Beta Software Program can download the previews now on registered devices, or simply update on the phone from public beta 5.

Apple Store reopening in Glasgow on August 27
Apple will be reopening the Buchanan Street store in Glasgow on August 27. The Glasgow store, which remains at 147 Buchanan Street, has been closed for extensive interior and exterior renovations since January of this year.

Apple announces Bug Bounty program
Apple’s head of security engineering and architecture, Ivan Krstic, announced to Black Hat attendees today that Apple will begin offering cash bounties of up to $200,000 to researchers who discover vulnerabilities in its products.
